PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed at our resort.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservations canceled up to 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival date, we will offer an 85% refund of the first-night deposit. For reservations canceled 2-14 days before your scheduled arrival date, the first-night deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a new stay for future dates within one year of your original dates. For reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival, the first-night deposit will be forfeited. These policies do not apply to group or special event reservations. For reservations booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals, guests are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

DEPOSIT POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed with a one-night prepayment. The balance of room charges is due upon arrival. The charge card used for the reservation prepayment must be present at check-in for the balance due. If you prefer to use a different card at that time, the advance will be refunded to the original card, and the total balance will be applied to the card of your choice.

AT WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
DO YOU OFFER PARKING?
Parking at the Island Vista is free of charge and limited to two vehicles per room or suite. Please note that our garage facilities will not accommodate vehicles over 6’9” or extra-long wheelbase trucks. Due to limited oversize vehicle parking, rooftop cargo containers must be removed and will be securely stored by our staff for your convenience. Golf carts are not allowed and are subject to being towed. Please be sure to register your vehicle at check-in.
DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON SITE?
Yes, Island Vista has a small fitness center on site with cardio equipment and a stack weight station that overlooks the indoor pool area and provides a peek of the Atlantic Ocean.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL?
Yes, we have three pools and two hot tub spas that include an ancient ruins children’s area with a splash pool, waterfall, and lazy river, and two two swimming pools along the oceanfront tanning lawn.
DO YOU HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE?
We do not offer an airport shuttle at this time, but our front desk would be more than happy to help you arrange transportation.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK IN?
The minimum age requirement to be eligible for reservations and check-in is 25 years or older.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON PROPERTY?
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas and is not allowed indoors, on balconies, or on the pool decks. Violations of this policy can result in fines up to $300 and/or eviction with only a partial refund for the unused portion of your stay.
