As if 60 miles of pristine sandy beaches were not enough, our Indoor and Outdoor Pool Amenities Include: three indoor and outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, kids area styled in ancient ruins theme, including: lazy river, tunnel, waterfall, kids splash area, tiki bar & café, poolside wireless internet (resort wide), large grassy tanning lawn, oceanfront veranda, tiki deck, oceanfront massage cabana and towel service. The best part? All of our amazing water amenities are just steps away from your oceanfront suite.

Island Vista Dining
Our take on Southern hospitality – you’ll never have to leave the resort! Our award winning Chef Mike McKinnon invites you to experience world class cuisine created to satisfy the most discerning palate. From citrus-encrusted grouper to our own handmade dressings, sauces, and desserts, you’ll remember this dining experience. For lighter tastes and times, there’s in-room pizza delivery (made fast and fresh on site) and the poolside Tiki Bar for lunch and frosty pool side beverages seasonally. The Cypress Room Cocktail lounge opens for happy hour at 4 pm! Be sure to experience our award-winning Cypress Room restaurant for an outstanding southern breakfast and family-friendly dinner. Island Vista is proud to offer several on-site dining options to appease any palate.

Our plans for children include BIG fun! We believe children deserve the same customized courtesies we extend to their parents. Our world-class supervised Kids Club offers unlimited entertainment and activities, from face painting and scavenger hunts to pool games and beach activities. Fun time for the kids and worry-free relaxation for the parents!
Childrens’ Activities
Our activities directors are experienced Elementary Education professionals and student interns, and they know what’s FUN! From tossing water-balloons to finding that elusive shark’s tooth treasure… our Children’s Activities provide a great way for kids to meet other kids and for parents to have little time for themselves.

How about a massage on the oceanfront pool deck with the Atlantic as your soundtrack and a frozen cocktail from the Tiki Hut by your side? It’s easy to imagine, and the only place to receive it is here. Or if you prefer, luxuriate in the privacy of an in-room massage. Just call or stop by the front desk, it’s that easy!

Our Signature Massage. A slightly firmer, customized massage utilizes a combination of Swedish and deep pressure techniques to ease away knots and tension. Add stretching $20
Deep Tissue 50 mins – $120 | 80 mins – $170
The firmest deep pressure technique is offered to those who need to focus on stubborn knots, aches and trigger points. Add stretching $20
Couples or a Pair 50 mins | 80 mins – Priced by choice of service
Service for two or couples. Enjoy any combination of massage or spa services from your own therapists. Prices are determined by the type of massage service each individual receives from the offered services.
Lomi Lomi 60 mins – $125 | 90 mins – $175
Traditional Hawaiian Massage. Works gently, yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes totally nurturing the body. Free sarong gift included! (Very minimal sarong draping – not for the modest)
Lava Shells 60 mins – $125 | 90 mins – $175
Receive all of the benefits of a hot stone massage using natural self heating polished Tiger Clam Shells from the South Pacific. Relax and unwind as trails of heat flow across the body and melt away every last bit of tension and stress. Ask about Glacial Shells!
The Cabana
Enjoy any massage in our beautiful and breezy oceanfront cabana on the south lawn. Seasonal availability and weather permitting.

A luscious sea salt scrub infused with your choice of seasonal scents and essential oils. Warm towels are used to remove scrub followed by a rich body butter cream application. Add to any service $50
Foot Indulgence 50 mins – $75
Be sweet to your feet! Warm towel foot soak, aromatherapy salt scrub, Foot Mask with heated booties. Includes Hands & Foot Massage and Hand Mask with heated mitts.
Nate’s Package 60 mins – $100
Scalp, neck and shoulder massage with foot indulgence. Perfect for a quick pick-me-up!
Spa Facial 50 mins – $100
Indulge yourself in this decadent facial massage with 100% organic ingredients. Improves elasticity, increases oxygen flow and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Includes neck and shoulder massage and Hand & Foot Masks with heated mitts and boots.
Paige’s Perfect Package 2 hours – $180
Swedish Massage with Spa Facial (massage may be upgraded)

Hydrating collagen crystal masks reduce fine lines and wrinkles and firm the skin in the lip and eye areas. Lip masks plump the lips while eye masks reduce puffiness.
Collagen Face Mask $40
Restores elasticity, firmness and luster to dull and dry skin. Not available with the body glow.
Please take note of our policies below:
Cancellations: Please contact the spa team at 843-808-1008 24 hours in advance to cancel your service. Credit card or room number on file will be charged 50% of requested service price if cancellation is not received 24 hours prior to service. If the appointment is rescheduled, no charges will be necessary.
No Shows: After 24 hours and in the event the guest is physically unable to have the service, unavailable for the requested service or is not present within 15 minutes for requested service, guest will be billed 100% of service amount.
Gratuity: The spa team therapists provide an amazing spa experience for Island Vista guests. Unless otherwise requested, an additional 20% gratuity will be added to all services.
Services are rendered to guests 16 years of age and older. Minors require parental consent. Massage therapists and spa team associates reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason at their discretion.
Water Attractions
When it comes to water and all the ways to enjoy it, we’ve got you covered. Inside and out, you’ll find an aquatic playground perfectly suited for both kids and adults– outside are two pools and a hot tub, and inside, our waterpark includes a lazy river, waterfall, another hot tub and kids splash area with an Ancient Ruins atmosphere. And, of course, no one can forget our secluded stretch of pristine, quiet beach – a rarity on the Grand Strand.

A workout here is worth it just for the views. Remodeled in 2012, our fitness center – with a variety of cardio equipment and a stack weight station – overlooks the indoor pool area and offers a peak of the Atlantic Ocean.

With cuisine that speaks to the surroundings, we offer our guests culinary experiences that can’t be replicated at our award-winning Cypress Room restaurant. We’ve got food covered from day to night, so if you want to stay outdoors, head to the poolside Tiki Hut or stay in and we’ll bring fresh pizza straight to your door!
